We have entrusted KT Travel & More to book the accommodations and round trip hotel/airport transfers for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. We ask that wedding guests book through our room block only. Final payments are due no later than July 1, 2026. Initial deposits are due upon receipt of your invoice. Once KT Travel & More has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your payment to be processed.
Direct, round-trip transfers are provided by AmStar DMC. Transfers are only for guests of the Nelson wedding traveling to Ocean Eden Bay Resort and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates. The cost of the transfer service will be shared once we receive all flight itineraries from guests.
Cancellations made on or before June 4, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between June 5, 2026-July 18, 2026: One night penalty per room cancelled based on category and occupancy.
Cancellations made between July 19, 2026-August 2, 2026: Full penalty for any reduction. Full group cancellation will result in a 2-night penalty per room based on category and occupancy.
Cancellations made on or after August 3, 2026: Any reduction in room revenue or No-shows will result in 100% penalty.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
